1. Poster Requirement
All papers accepted at main conference and Doctoral Consortium are required to be presented as a poster.
2. Schedule
Poster sessions are scheduled on Aug 6-9 in the afternoon on the same date of the oral session. All papers presented orally on a given day will also present their poster during that day’s poster session.
3. Poster Size
Poster size is A0 (0.84m x 1.19m) (33.1 in x 46.8 in) (portrait mode only).
4. Presenter’s Responsibility
Each poster presenter is responsible for printing, bringing their own poster and removing their poster at the end of their session.
5. Session Assignment
Please check the Poster assignments on-site.
6. Display and Removal
The posters can be displayed on the day of the assigned session and must be removed at the end of your poster presentation by 18:00.
7. Poster Identification
Each poster will be assigned a number, which is used to identify its poster board.
8. Poster Board Size
1m*2m Double-sided.

9. What to be included on the poster?
Please make sure your poster clearly displays the title of your paper, your name, and your affiliation. There are no additional requirements regarding the poster format, apart from those imposed by our Code of Conduct (no offensive language or inappropriate images, etc.). We expect the poster sessions to be well-attended; snacks and refreshments will be provided.
10. Print your poster locally?
You can order it at ijcai24.scimeeting.cn/en/web/index/, and collect it on-site during the conference.
